One to one
Self-Awareness Intensives
A focused arc of sessions to map your values, name the patterns underneath your reactions, and build a small set of practices you will actually keep. We move at the pace of attention, never urgency.
Self-awareness studio
A calm, accessible practice for mindfulness, reflection, and personal growth that moves at the pace of attention.
Why we exist
Most self-improvement asks you to do more, faster, louder. Pelora Studio was built on the opposite belief: that real change is slow, attentive, and deeply personal. We help you notice your thoughts, feelings, and body signals so you can respond with intention instead of reacting on autopilot.
Everything here is shaped around access first. Captioned sessions, quiet hours, plain-language guides, and a pace set by your own nervous system. The work only matters if you can actually reach it.

Each one moves slowly, stays small, and is designed to be genuinely accessible from the very first minute.
One to one
A focused arc of sessions to map your values, name the patterns underneath your reactions, and build a small set of practices you will actually keep. We move at the pace of attention, never urgency.
Small group
Guided journaling in a calm room with five other people. We use prompts that surface the quiet beliefs steering your choices, then sit with what they reveal. Notebooks and plain-language guides provided.
Flexible
Thirty-second body scans, affect labelling, and breath anchors woven into the day you already have. Built for nervous systems, schedules, and energy that vary, with no posture or equipment required.
Half day
A spacious half day of stillness, gentle movement, and structured reflection four times a year. We hold a deliberately low-stimulation environment so rest is genuinely possible.
Adaptive
Personal growth work designed around access from the first minute. Captioned, quiet-hour, sensory-aware, and shaped with you rather than for you, because the work only counts if you can reach it.
Pair
A safe structure for inviting honest reflection from the people who see you, and learning to receive it without bracing. We turn the gap between intent and impact into something you can act on.
In their words
I arrived expecting another productivity system and found something far quieter. Marisol helped me notice the half-second before I react. Six months on, that pause has changed how I am with my family.
The writing circle is the only hour all week where I tell myself the truth. Desmond never lets a vague sentence slide, and somehow that gentleness is what finally let me put things down.
As someone who uses a wheelchair and lives with chronic fatigue, I am used to access being an afterthought. Here it was the first thought. Priya built the session around my energy, not the other way round.
